Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please approve the application to convert the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to an ETF. The SEC's approval of a futures-based Bitcoin ETF while withholding approval for a spot ETF is unjustified as it is not protecting anyone while it is also demonstrably damaging me and other individual investors.
