Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m a Florida resident and an RIA. The Bitcoin ETF is long overdue. Investors need a simple solution to get exposure to cryptocurrency. Please give investors a choice. Sincerely, David Warshaw
