Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe the futures ETF exceeds the risk of a spot ETF. Bitcoin prices do not seem to be subject to manipulation and investors would be safer if they can access the asset through a vetted ETF rather than via other means. Sincerely, jon buck
