Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Canada, Australia, and many other developed countries have already approved a Bitcoin ETF. The US has a chance to take the lead in blockchain technology, much like wedi with internet technology twenty years ago. The SEC should help facilitate investors choices in the nascent technology and must at all costs avoid stifling innovation in the industry. Sincerely, Jason Griffin
