Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Every other country has a spot bitcoin ETF. The futures based bitcoin ETFs do a poor job of tracking spot bitcoin and they cost investors lots of money in negative roll yield. Investors are no more secure in futures ETFs than spot ETFs. Sincerely, Adam White
