Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe in Bitcoin technology and would like the opportunity to put a small portion of my retirement exposed in this growing sector. The US should be a leader of new technology and cryptocurrencies is indeed the future. Please consider GBTC as a spot ETF. Sincerely, Lauren McNinch
