Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin adoption is growing quickly and will only accelerate from here. Having a regulated instrument like an ETF is crucial to both protecting investors and keeping the US Bitcoin market competitive with the rest of the world. I’m an individual investor in Vermont and am excited about the prospects of digital currencies. I welcome the SEC’s approval of the first spot Bitcoin ETF, which is already long overdue.
