Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Thanks for reading my thoughts. I, along with millions others, would like to see a spot ETF, as soon as possible. I currently invest in GBTC, and by being able to convert this to an ETF, the discount would disappear, and the annual cost would greatly be reduced. I actually bought it at a slight premium, a few years ago. To be able to hold a direct bitcoin investment in my brokerage account, at NAV, would be desirable.
