Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I see no reason why allowing a futures based ETF is ok, but a spot based ETF is not ok. This seems to be the safest way to allow investors access to Bitcoin.
