Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think it is ridiculous that a Bitcoin Futures ETF has been approved but the GBTC spot Bitcoin ETF is being held up for years. Please do the right thing and approve the GBTC spot Bitcoin ETF. I have been a GBTC shareholder for a year and a half and I have been patiently waiting for the ETF to come to market. Sincerely, Gregory Kleiman
