Dear SEC, <BR><BR>I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. <BR><BR>***I am a resident of Florida, and right now there are a limited amount of ways to get exposure to bitcoin in a traditional brokerage account. Grayscale has allowed me to so through GBTC, but the premium and discount fluctuations make it ineffective at tracking the price of bitcoin I strongly advocate for the conversion of GBTC to an ETF for private investors like myself to have an accurate exposure to bitcoin which is my goal. *** Jonathan Espinosa *** Jonathan Espinosa
