To the SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m a resident of New York, residing in Brooklyn. I’m not seeing enough reason for this conversion not to occur. It’s just a matter of time for spot Bitcoin ETF’s to be approved.
