Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m an investor from the great state of Michigan, working long days in the cold trying to get ahead. The recent dump in the stock market shows that there is zero reasoning to NOT approve a spot ETF. American investors are probably the least protected in this day and age, and it’s sad to see how far we have fallen as a country. I believe it is time to catch up to other developed countries, and approve a Bitcoin spot ETF. The longer we wait and screw around, the quicker we lose our place of power in the world. If this sounds okay to you, then continue on with your charade, but IF you actually care about “protecting investors” then you’ll do the right thing. The world is waiting, Gary.
