Please consider approving a bitcoin spot ETF. I own a small portion of the GBTC bitcoin trust but if the goal is - to protect investors - I’m not sure how you accomplish that by allowing a complex and expensive futures based etf when a spot etf is actually better for investors (less fees). I get your role is broader than just cost but you are not protecting anyone at this point - that’s not your charter. Please reconsider and stick to what you’re good at. Sincerely, John Murphy
