Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC is already accessible to investors, so the question at this point is not whether retail investors can access bitcoin through their brokerage firms -- it's whether the products that they already access can do a better job of reflecting the value of their assets.
