Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Current ETF's like BITO that are futures based Bitcoin "trackers" are disenfranchising investors by not providing returns that reflect the performance of spot Bitcoin. Allowing this will do a lot of offer better access to Bitcoin as an investement for the American people. Thanks, James Allingham
