Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m living in the Netherlands and have a broker account at Interactive Brokers. I like to have exposure to Bitcoin through a financial product that trades on a regulated exchange and follows the price of the underlying asset (in this case BTC) closely.
