Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a Texan, I believe in the freedom this country was founded on. Unfortunately, the SEC's restrictions have put this country behind the rest of the world when it comes to investing in cryptocurrency markets. Also, wealthy people have greater access to more investment options than people of lesser means who may not qualify as an accredited investor. The time has come to treat everyone fairly and stop holding markets back. We need a Bitcoin SPOT ETF, not the futures based garbage that is a total sham designed to steal money from the unsuspecting.
