Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is long past time for the SEC to approve a spot bitcoin ETF. Canada and the rest of the world will continue to pass us by if we don’t innovate.
