Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in FL and would like to advocate for GBTC for approval as a spot ETF. It’s time for the US to join the rest of the developed world in having a spot BTC ETF available for investors.
