Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC) to a Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin is a maturing asset and should have a spot ETF. GBTC is the largest and most mature investment in this market. Please consider moving forward with GBTC as an ETF. America is losing to Canada and other countries that have successfully approved Bitcoin ETF products . We need to move to keep America first! Sincerely, Eric Scheel
