Dear SEC, Please allow GBTC to convert to a spot ETF. This would be a much better product for the American people which we deserve to have rather than an inferior product such as a futures ETF which does not efficiently track the price of bitcoin. Please do the right thing, we’re all adults here. Thank you Kind regards, Brett
