Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin ETF cuts out any issues of complex storage and security procedures required of Bitcoin investors furthermore there is no need to deal with crypto exchange and just buy and sell the ETF through traditional exchanges and markets and focus on trading a vehicle we already understand instead of having to learn the ins and outs of something seemingly complicated.
