Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC is a great, more regulated, way for everyday Americans to get access to the cryptocurrency space. Grayscale has demonstrated their ability to protect clients assets for many years, enabling their experts to manage the custodial complexities of cryptocurrencies for us. The United States needs to be a leader in this space otherwise someone else will be. We (the United States) is in the best position to usher in this new generation financial system for the benefit of us and the rest of the world. Please take the next step and allow GBTC and other well run crypto investment trusts to convert to spot ETFs. Sincerely, Tyler Rattray
