Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a GBTC investor and would like your consideration to convert GBTC into an ETF. Doing so would unlock greater value to investors to solidify their retirement future. More importantly to individual gains as an investor, is the idea that other countries are leading in the crypto space. The U.S. is the best country bar none, with the smartest individuals, but we are falling behind because of politics, not the investor protection narrative.
