Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This is because a spot ETF would be more fully representative of owning the asset which is what I want. It would also mean the US has first mover advantage in this fast growing market.
