Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC has been in existence for many years. There is no valid reason to further delay the approval. Further inaction may actually harm US investors and place US behind the rest of the world.
