Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe a truly fair and open finance system would allow access to all digital assets through exchange traded funds that have proper liquidity and support and can be audited by your agency.
