Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I don't understand why the SEC won't allow investors to access the Bitcoin market through an ETF. Investing via an ETF helps to shield me from the risk of asset loss from exchange hackings (eg, Mt Gox) and so I would prefer using an ETF over putting my money and Bitcoin on Coinbase.
