Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe digital assets will see enormous growth in the future. The blockchain technology is robust, secure and capable of providing more information than previous networks. Converting GBTC to an ETF will help current investors in eliminating the NAV discount that currently exists, while also providing an excellent method for investors to gain exposure to Bitcoin without the hassle of setting up a wallet – they can invest through their broker/dealer.
