Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an experienced investor and have invested in many types of funds. For a portion of my portfolio I would like to allocate to crypto. A liquid ETF seem to be the most safe and efficient way for a North Carolina resident to accomplish this.
