Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. ETF's are a much better way in investing and managing Bitcoin. It is certainly much better then the trust structure which is utilized currently to own Bitcoin and Ethereum through Grayscale. Please support the conversion of a Trust to an ETF for Grayscale Bitcoin.
