Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This type of ETF is by far a better way to hold exposure to BTC for investors than the current approach which is costly on terms of management fees and prone to large deviations from the market price of the underlying assets. Furthermore if the SEC already approved futures BTC ETF, no valid reason for denying spot BTC ETF. I live in Florida Sincerely, Rafael Caffarena
