Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am from Orlando Florida. Planning on retiring here. Not happy with the inflation which is another form of taxing the little guy for the misappropriation of our federal government and all the money printing. SEC approves a futures ETF which truly is backed by air and neglects to approve a spot ETF makes zero logical sense. I want to secure my retirement and you are making 1000 times harder with this irresponsible irrational push the can down the road approach!
