Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As the biggest bitcoin fund in the world not converting it to an etf would harm all the retail investors invested in it, almost all major countries have a bitcoin etf except the US please convert GBTC into a spot bitcoin etf.
