Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. ***[When I first decided to invest in Bitcoin GBTC seemed to be the cleanest to make sure everything was done legally and reported right. Now it represent a majority of my wealth and yet does not have proper spot price as other asset etf’s like GLD. Although I was aware of the risk when entering this asset I do not see why a conversion would be approved.
