Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is clear that the world (including several US States) have accepted Bitcoin as an alternative asset. Converting GBTC to an ETF will create a more liquid market for all investors and democratize Bitcoin (access for all investors). Currently, GBTC is trading at a significant discount since it cannot trade as a less expensive ETF option. Please reconsider your position and let GBTC convert to an ETF. Sincerely, Marco Di Girolamo
