Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m an investor in California. This decision affects my retirement and therefore my future. As is, this investment is trading at more and more of a discount. Please allow this ETF. Of all the applications for a spot ETF this is the most appropriate choice. Trading futures or a trust doesn’t help me. Sincerely, Lindsay Ash
