Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It's embarrassing that countries like Canada approve a Bitcoin spot ETF before the USA. By delaying your approval, all you are doing is forcing investors to invest outside of the USA. Stop dragging your feet and approve the conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to a spot ETF. Sincerely, Laurence Hufty
