Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The wide spread between premiums and discounts versus the actual price in bitcoin is being arbitraged by large hedge funds making the fund itself even more volatile than it possibly should be. In addition the approved futures ETF is very harmful as most investors do not understand how futures work versus holding the actual asset. Sincerely, Kris Maksimovich
