Dear SEC, Please approve the application to convert the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to an ETF. The SEC's approval of a futures-based Bitcoin ETF while withholding approval for a spot ETF is unjustified as it is not protecting anyone while it is also demonstrably damaging me and other individual investors.
