Please consider approving a bitcoin spot ETF. I do own the GBTC bitcoin trust but if the goal is ‘to protect investors’, I’m not sure I get how you accomplish that by allowing a complex and expensive futures based etf when a spot etf is actually better for investors (less fees). I get your role is broader than just cost but you are not protecting anyone at this point, you are saying what is a good investment and what is a bad investment. And that’s not your charter. Please reconsider and stick to what you’re good at. Bryan Lee
