Please approve Grayscale's application for a Bitcoin backed ETF. Grayscale has offered GBTC for an extended period of time and has proven to be a very legitimate business for me over the years. I have been with them since 2015 and they have done a fantastic job of taking care of customers. Allowing them to convert this fund to an ETF would allow them to offer even better services to their customers. I prefer an ETF backed with Bitcon rather than futures. Sincerely, Mark Zellers
