I'm grateful to SEC on it's work to protect investors.
However, SEC's actions so far for GBTC have been harmful for investors. In absence of ETF, investors are :
(1) encountering premium or discount
(2) paying more management fee
Above issues are pushing investors to avoid investing in GBTC or try investing in other riskier ways.
Also, as you're aware that futures based Bitcoin ETF is expensive for investors. Please approve spot Bitcoin based ETF to protect investors.
