To Whom it May Concern,
Please approve a spot based BTC ETF. Consumers want access to the digital asset space, and as a registered investment advisor, I cannot in good faith recommend the futures based ETF for clients that want exposure to BTC as part of a long term asset allocation strategy. The fees and organizational structure of the GBTC product is also suboptimal compared to an ETF. Several passive spot based products already exist for accredited Investors. The delay in approval continues to harm the exact demographic you aspire to protect the middle class.
