I believe GBTC should be a spot ETF. There is no doubt that BTC as a superior store value or hedge is attractive to investors. As a 15 year tech professional I feel the barrier to entry is the complexity of hardware wallets and reputation of exchanges. Having a spot ETF like GBTC will safely and easily allow all to have access via brokers and stock market. Many are more interested in long term holding so futures and derivatives do not give us the direct benefit of the asset. I personally hold the asset directly and shares of GBTC and will for 10+ years. Please consider us investors who safely and easily want access through Greyscsle products.
