The delays in approving a BTC ETF makes the US and SEC appear quite regressive. As an owner of GBTC, I suffer from an inefficient form of BTC investment, and hope the conversion to a spot ETF will get approved swiftly. Please help provide fairness for the retail investor by approving this.
