I think the SEC should approve the conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an ETF, for the following reasons:
- Bitcoin market has deep liquidity, including the spot market from regulated exchanges such as Coinbase and futures exchanges as well.
- Conversion to an ETF benefits investors, particularly retail investors for better pricing and reduced fees.
- Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) is one of the largest trusts enabling a large number of investors to diversify their investment portfolios into another asset class.
