As a GBTC shareholder, I am in favor of allowing GBTC to be traded as an ETF. I would like to see the fund reflect the true price of the underlying asset, and I find it particularly confounding that a futures product be allowed to exist in ETF form, but not for spot bitcoin. Grayscale has been a responsible participant in this market and should be able to convert the trust into an ETF.
