As one of the people your organization is supposedly 'protecting' (from ourselves?), I'd like from you a more open mindset as to digital assets and cryptocurrencies, and their possibilities.
In this regard, the approval of Grayscale's Spot Bitcoin ETF offers a tremendous opportunity of placing the US again close to the lead in the technology race, while at the same time, furthering a much needed democratization of the economy by empowering minorities through technology.
I hope you reconsider your position and approve Grayscale's Spot Bitcoin ETF, as a first step towards a more digital-asset-friendly policy.
